ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Bookrunner to DistIT AB (publ) in connection with the SEK 300 million senior unsecured bond issue

DistIT, a leading Nordic IT distributor, has successfully raised SEK 300 million senior unsecured bonds, under a framework of SEK 800 million, which will be listed on the Corporate Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond issue received strong interest from Nordic institutional investors and the book was heavily oversubscribed allowing a spread of 3mS+450bps, the tight end of the initial guidance of +450-475bps.
The bond proceeds will be used to refinance DistIT’s existing bonds maturing in May 2022 and for general corporate purposes.
