ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner to Citira, a portfolio company of Norvestor, in connection with their SEK 420m tap issue

Citira Holding AB (publ), a portfolio company of Norvestor, has successfully issued subsequent senior secured bonds of SEK 420 million within its existing bond framework of SEK 2,600 million. The subsequent bonds will be issued at a price of 102.00 per cent. of the nominal amount and the issuance was initiated by a reverse inquiry.
