ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Bookrunner to Arenakoncernen Holding AB (publ) in connection with a SEK 270 million senior secured bond issue

Arenakoncernen Holding AB (publ) has successfully raised SEK 270 million senior secured bonds with a three year tenor and at a floating interest rate of 3 months STIBOR + 675bps. The net proceeds from the issue will be used for acquisition of NorgesInvestor’s shares in Arenakoncernen Moderbolag AB, a market leading company providing welfare-critical employment services in Sweden and Norway, and for general corporate purposes.
The issue was the first bond financed MBO in the Nordics and the transaction was heavily oversubscribed and received strong demand from Nordic institutional investors and HNWI.
