ABGSC acted as Sole Bookrunner in the SEK 258 million primary placing in Addnode

Addnode Group (publ) (”Addnode”) today announced the successful completion of a private placement of 3 million new shares of class B at a subscription price of SEK 86 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 258 million. The subscription price was determined in an accelerated book building process.
