AS Holding has today sold 2,324,847 shares in Infront ASA representing 8.94 per cent of the share capital in the company, at a price of NOK 27.50 per share. The shares were sold through an accelerated bookbuilding process managed by ABG Sundal Collier ASA.
 
AS Holding is controlled by Mr. Christen Sveeas. Mr. Sveeas is the sole owner of Kistefos AS, which is represented on the board of directors in the Company. After the transaction, Mr. Sveeas (including affiliated companies) holds no shares in the Company.
