On Wednesday 10 September 2025, Karbon Invest AS (“Karbon”) and affiliated entities, announced the sale of approximately 17 million shares in Link Mobility (the “Company“), representing approximately 5.7% of the Company. Karbon is represented on the board of directors in the Company by Jens Rugseth. The transaction was priced at NOK 33.50 per share resulting in a total transaction size of NOK 568 million. Following the transaction, Karbon no longer holds any shares in Link Mobility.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in the transaction.
