SG Bidco AS (majority owned by Herkules Private Equity) has placed a new senior secured bond of USD 65m. The issue was priced at 3m LIBOR + 6.25% p.a.. Use of proceeds is to refinance bank debt and pay a one-time shareholder distribution of up to NOK 250m.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in the transaction.
