ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the NOK 22m private placement in Eyr Medical AS

On 24 May 2023, Eyr Medical AS (“Eyr” or “the Company”), a leading Nordic B2B2C digital healthcare provider, announced the successful completion of a NOK 22 million private placement. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to further strengthen the company’s pan-Nordic position and offering.
The private placement was directed towards existing and new investors and was subscribed for by, among others, Investinor, TV2 Invest and Aventia Media.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in the transaction.
