ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the approx. SEK 87 million secondary sale of shares in LumenRadio by Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund

Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund AB (“Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund”) has completed the sale of 629,039 shares in LumenRadio AB (“LumenRadio”), corresponding to five (5) per cent of the shares outstanding in LumenRadio at a price of SEK 137.80 per share, yielding proceeds of approx. SEK 87 million. The shares were sold to two (2) Swedish institutional investors through a private bidding procedure. Following the placement, Chalmers Innovation Seed Fund own 1,544,667 shares in LumenRadio.
