ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in a NOK 303 million secondary sale of shares in Link Mobility

On Tuesday 1 October 2024, ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole bookrunner in a sale of approximately 13.4 million shares in Link Mobility (the “Company”), equivalent to 4.5% of the Company. The transaction priced at NOK 22.60 per share, for a total transaction size of NOK 303 million. The seller received these shares as partial settlement of an acquisition by Link Mobility and holds no shares in the Company after the transaction.
