Hospitality Invest has successfully completed a NOK 100 million tap issue of its existing senior unsecured bond with maturity in 2029 and a coupon of 3m NIBOR + 500bps. The tap issue was initiated by a reverse inquiry and the net proceeds will be spent towards general corporate purposes.
