About M2 Asset Management

M2 was incorporated in 1999 and is to 100% owned by Rutger Arnhult. The group primarily invests in real estate related businesses, such as listed real estate companies, directly owned properties and its own construction company Wästbygg.
As of 31 December 2016, M2 had a book equity of SEK 3.8bn and totalt assets of SEK 7.8bn
