ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner in connection with the SEK 500m senior unsecured bond issue for Catella AB

Catella AB has successfully launched a SEK 500m bond under a framework of SEK 750m where ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner. The books were covered in one day after a well-attended pre-deal roadshow. The proceeds from the issue will be used to refinance the existing bond as well as to finance acquisitions and business development.
