Stendörren Fastigheter AB has conducted a tap issue of SEK 350m under its existing framework of SEK 1bn (2017/2020), resulting in a total outstanding volume of SEK 710m. The proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes including acquisitions. ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner in the transaction.
