ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner in connection with a NOK 600m senior unsecured bond issue for Kistefos AS.

Deal announcement

Kistefos AS has closed a new senior unsecured bond with initial issue volume of NOK 600m and a total borrowing limit of NOK 1,000m. The issue was priced at 3m NIBOR + 6.0% p.a., which was a reduction in funding cost of 1.5% p.a. compared to the previous bond issue in December 2016 (KIST04). Use of proceeds was to partially refinance KIST04 and for general corporate purposes.
