ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner for Waldorf Production in connection with the USD 300m senior secured bond issue

Waldorf Production has successfully raised a USD 300m senior secured bond issue to, inter alia, finance the completion payment for the Kraken and Catcher acquisition from Cairn Energy and refinance existing debt. The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors globally and the transaction was substantially over-subscribed. The senior secured bond issue will have a coupon of 9.75% p.a.
