On Thursday 8 September 2022, Bulk Infrastructure Group AS (“Bulk infrastructure”) successfully completed the issuance of a new NOK 500 million Senior Unsecured Green Bond. The transaction constitutes Bulk Infrastructure’s inaugural green bond issue and the net proceeds from the green bond will be employed in accordance with the company’s ambitious green bond framework.
