Kahoot! today announced that the company has successfully completed a private placement with gross proceeds of NOK 126.5 million through an offering of 5,500,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 23.0 per share. The private placement was substantially oversubscribed by new high-quality institutional investors as well as large existing shareholders. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to further grow the company, including allowing the company to pursue value-creating non-organic opportunities.
