Ocean Yield is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement and that the Board of Directors has resolved to issue and allocate 11,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 69 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 759,000,000. The Company intends to apply the net proceeds from the Private Placement to finance investments in vessels and is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed to acquire five modern handysize dry bulk vessels with 10-year bareboat charters to companies owned and guaranteed by Interlink Maritime Corp.
