ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint lead manager and joint bookrunner for Salmon Evolution ASA’s NOK 300 million private placement

Salmon Evolution ASA (“Salmon Evolution” or “the Company”) announced on Tuesday 5 April 2022 the successful completion of a private placement of new shares. The transaction comprised 33,333,333 offer shares, at a price of NOK 9.00 per share, equating to a total transaction size of NOK 300 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Private Placement to: (i) partly fund the second phase of the salmon farming facility at Indre Harøy; (ii) expand the capacity at the smolt facility Kraft Laks AS; and (iii) for general corporate purposes. The Private Placement attracted strong interest from Norwegian, Nordic and international high-quality investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
