ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint lead manager and bookrunner for the NOK 500m senior unsecured bond tap issue by Kistefos

Kistefos AS, a private investment company wholly owned by Christen Sveaas, has successfully issued additional bonds of NOK 500 million under KIST10’s existing senior unsecured bond framework. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to repay the remaining outstanding amounts of KIST07 and general corporate purposes. The transaction received strong interest, attracting new investors, and was priced in the lower end of the price range.
