Hawk Infinity Software, a leading Nordic cloud software group, has successfully issued senior secured bonds in the amount of NOK 750 million with a 5-year tenor. The net proceeds of the bond issue will be used to refinance the company’s existing senior secured bond, acquire Cars Software AS and for general corporate purposes.
