ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the SEK 253 million IPO of Meds Apotek AB on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

Meds Apotek AB (publ), a full-service online pharmacy operating in Sweden’s retail pharmacy market, has successfully completed its IPO on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The IPO was heavily oversubscribed, supported by strong Swedish and international institutional interest as well as from the general public in Sweden.
Ahlström Invest B.V., Cicero Fonder, Lancelot Asset Management, Lupus Alpha Asset Management AG, Swedbank Robur and Tind Asset Management acted as cornerstone investors in the transaction. Cornerstone investors agreed to subscribe for shares in the offering of up to SEK 150m, corresponding to c. 59% of the total offering. The IPO was priced at SEK 53 per share, corresponding to a total market capitalization of SEK 1,017m.
