Infront ASA today announced the successful completion of its initial public offering and starts trading on Oslo Børs from 29 September. The offering comprised 4,347,826 new shares and 9,002,039 existing shares, including over-allotment. The final price in the offering was NOK 23 per share, corresponding to a market value of Infront after the Offering of NOK 598 million.
