ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the SEK 505 million directed share issue in Stendörren

On Wednesday 23 October 2024, Stendörren announced the successful completion of a directed issue of around 2.6 million B shares at a price of SEK 192 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 505m. The proceeds from the share issue will be used to finance growth and to capitalise on investment opportunities within the warehouse, logistics and light industrial segments through property acquisitions and investments in project development. ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the transaction.
