ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the NOK 200 million directed share issue in NRC Group ASA

On Tuesday 10 September 2024, NRC Group ASA (“NRC”) announced the successful completion of a directed share issue of 80 million new primary shares at a fixed price of NOK 2.5 per share, raising gross proceeds of NOK 200 million. NRC intends to use the proceeds from the directed share issue to strengthen its liquidity position, to mitigate potential impact of its ETM-project and support its the new strategic roadmap. ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the transaction.
