ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner to XPartners, backed by Axcel, in connection with its SEK 1,000 million tap issue

XPartners Group AB (publ), backed by Axcel, is a leading provider of multidisciplinary engineering advisory services, including project management, engineering & design and other specialised services for both public and private clients across the Nordics. XPartners has successfully issued subsequent senior secured bonds of SEK 1,000 million, bringing the total outstanding amount under the bond to SEK 4,000 million making it the largest ever HY SEK bond to be in the market. The subsequent bonds will be issued at a price of 101.50 per cent. of the nominal amount. ABG Sundal Collier was proud to serve as joint bookrunner in relation to the transaction.
