ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner to KEYTO Group, a portfolio company of Fidelio, in connection with their SEK 500m bond issue

KEYTO Group AB (publ) (“KEYTO Group”) is Sweden’s leading provider of home-related services and maintenance, with a presence in the UK, and is offering an emerging tech enabled one-stop destination for home services. KEYTO Group, majority owned by funds advised by Fidelio Capital, alongside co-investors and certain members of the management team, has successfully issued SEK 500m senior secured bond with a tenor of 5 years.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures and acquisitions.
The bond issue received notable demand from a diverse group of high-quality institutional and private investors.
