K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (“the Company”, “K-Fastigheter”), a Swedish listed property company founded in 2010 with operations encompassing active property management, project development and proprietary construction operations, has successfully issued its inaugural SEK 500m senior unsecured green bond with a tenor of 3 years. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with the company’s recently established Green Financing Framework.
The bond issue received strong demand from high-quality Nordic investors. The senior unsecured green bonds will have a coupon of 3m STIBOR + 6.00% p.a. and will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months.
