ABGSC acted as Joint Bookrunner to Genova Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the SEK 500 million green hybrid bond issue

Genova Property Group AB (publ) has successfully raised SEK 500 million subordinated perpetual floating rate callable green capital securities (green hybrid bonds), under a framework of SEK 1,250 million, which will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Sustainable Bond List. The hybrid bond issue received strong interest from Nordic institutional investors.
The hybrid bond proceeds will be applied in accordance with the Green Finance Framework including redemption of existing preference shares.
