On Wednesday 2 March 2022, OEP ITS Coöperatief U.A. (“OEP”) announced a sale of approximately 3.3m shares  (3.8% of shares outstanding) in Crayon. The transaction was completed as a club deal and priced at NOK 170.00 per share, for a total transaction size of NOK 564 million. After the transaction OEP retains a shareholding of 7,400,000 shares, corresponding to 8.4% of the company. OEP has agreed to a 90-day lock-up after the transaction.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the transaction.
