ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in the NOK 2,504m secondary sale of shares in Entra ASA by the Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries

The Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (the “NMTIF”) today announced a sale of ~20.3m shares in Entra ASA (the “Company” or “Entra”) at a price of NOK 123.5 per share yielding gross proceeds of NOK 2,504m. The sale was conducted as an accelerated bookbuilding process. The number of shares in the placing represented one third of NMTIF’s 33.4% ownership in Entra prior to the sell-down. 
 
This is the third time ABG Sundal Collier has acted as Joint Bookrunner for NMTIF in Entra.
