ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the NOK 207m secondary placing in Lumi Gruppen AS

On Friday, 18 February 2022 during trading hours, EMK Capital announced a full divestment of their ~14% stake in Lumi Gruppen AS (formerly known as Sonans). The transaction was completed as a club deal and priced at NOK 40.00 per share, representing a 6.3% discount to the intraday VWAP on 18 February 2022, for a total transaction size of NOK 207 million. Lumi Gruppen was listed on Euronext Growth Oslo in February 2021 in connection with a NOK 1.4 billion private placement priced at NOK 50.00 per share where ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint global coordinator.
