ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the NOK 150m private placement in Avida Holding AB

Avida Holding AB today announced that the Company has successfully completed a private placement with
approximately NOK 150 million in gross proceeds by issue of 4,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of
SEK 0.10, at a price of NOK 37.50 per share (the “Private Placement”). The net proceeds will be used for
further growth of the Company and for general corporate purposes.
The Private Placement, which represents approximately 7.5 percent of the current outstanding share capital,
received strong interest from both existing shareholders as well as new high quality institutional investors.
