Avida Holding AB today announced that the Company has successfully completed a private placement with approximately NOK 149.4 million in gross proceeds by issue of 4,667,300 new shares, each with a par value of SEK 0.10, at a price of NOK 32.00 per share (the “Private Placement”). The net proceeds will be used for further growth of the Company and for general corporate purposes. The Private Placement, which represents approximately 9.6 percent of the current outstanding share capital, received strong interest from both existing shareholders as well as new high quality institutional investors
