ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the SEK 978 million clean-up trade in RevolutionRace by Altor

On Thursday 23 October 2025, Altor Invest 10 AS (“Altor”) completed the sale of 16.3 million shares in RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RevolutionRace“), corresponding to approximately 14.9% of the shares in the company at a price of SEK 60 per share, yielding proceeds of SEK 978 million.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the placement, continuing its strong track record of repeat transactions in RevolutionRace since the company’s IPO. This transaction was the sixth sell-down on which ABG Sundal Collier has advised, placing in total more than 44% of the shares in the Company to leading Nordic and international institutional investors.
