ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the SEK 468 million secondary sale of shares in RevolutionRace by Altor

Altor Fund IV (No.1) AB and Altor Fund IV (No.2) AB (together “Altor”) has completed the sale of 6,000,000 shares in RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RevolutionRace”), corresponding to approximately 5.3% of the shares in RevolutionRace at a price of SEK 78 per share, yielding proceeds of SEK 468 million.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the placement. Last year, ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the IPO of RevolutionRace.
