On Wednesday 28 August 2024, Altor announced the sale of approximately 39.2 million shares in SATS, representing approximately 19.2% of the company. The transaction was priced at NOK 18.00 per share resulting in a total transaction size of NOK 706 million. Following the transaction, Altor no longer holds any shares in SATS.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the transaction.
