ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 615 million private placement in Andfjord Salmon AS

On Tuesday 27 June 2023, Andfjord Salmon AS (“Andfjord” or the “Company”) announced the successful completion of a private placement. The private placement consisted of 15,974,026 Offer Shares at a subscription price of NOK 38.50 per share, amounting to total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 615 million. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to expand the Company’s production capacity at Kvalnes and for general corporate purposes.
