ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 600 million private placement in Andfjord Salmon Group AS

On 27 February 2025, Andfjord Salmon Group AS (“Andfjord Salmon” or the “Company”) announced the successful completion of a private placement. The private placement consisted of 17,142,858 Offer Shares at a subscription price of NOK 35 per share, amounting to total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 600 million. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for advancement of the Company’s Phase 2 construction at Kvalnes, optimization of fish logistics for improved production output, preparations for adherence to expected regulatory changes, as well as general corporate purposes.
