ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in connection with the NOK 4,561 million secondary sale of shares in Vår Energi by Point Resources Holding AS

On Thursday 21 September 2023, Point Resources Holding AS announced a sale of approximately 142.3 million shares (5.7% of shares outstanding) in Vår Energi. The transaction was completed as an accelerated bookbuilding and was upsized to 157.2m shares and priced at NOK 29.00 per share, for a total transaction size of NOK 4,561 million. Following the transaction, Point Resources Holding AS retains a shareholding of 359.5 million shares, corresponding to 14.4% of the company. The offering attracted strong interest and was multiple times oversubscribed. Point Resources Holding AS is ultimately managed by HitecVision.
