ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 350 million private placement in Andfjord Salmon Group AS

On Wednesday 22 May 2024, Andfjord Salmon Group AS (“Andfjord” or the “Company”) announced the successful completion of a private placement. The private placement consisted of 10,606,060 Offer Shares at a subscription price of NOK 33 per share, amounting to total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 350 million. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to expand the Company’s production capacity at Kvalnes, ramping up biomass, and for general corporate purposes.
