ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in connection with the NOK 1.1 billion clean-up trade by ABRY Partners in LINK Mobility

On 13 May 2026, Victory Partners VIII Limited, a company controlled by ABRY Partners VIII (Cayman AIV), L.P. (“ABRY Partners”), announced the sale of 40,540,774 shares in LINK Mobility (“LINK” or the “Company”), representing approximately 13.3% of the Company. The transaction was priced at NOK 26.75 per share, equivalent to a 4.0% discount to the closing price on the day of the transaction, resulting in a total transaction size of NOK 1,084 million. Following the transaction, ABRY Partners no longer holds any shares in the Company.

ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the transaction, continuing its strong track record of repeat transactions in LINK since the Company’s IPO in October 2020. ABGSC also advised LINK on the public to private transaction in 2018 where the Company was acquired by ABRY Partners, underscoring its long-standing involvement with the Company and its shareholders. This transaction represents the third consecutive sell-down led by ABG Sundal Collier in LINK over the past two years, successfully placing shares with a broad base of leading Nordic and international institutional investors.
