ABG Sundal Collier acted as Financial and Debt Advisor to C-Resiliens in relation to the acquisition of the cyber security company Tutus Data AB

On 8 March 2023, C-Resiliens announced the completion of the acquisition of Tutus Data AB (“Tutus”) from its founders. In connection with the acquisition of Tutus, Formica Capital and Nicklas Storåkers became large shareholders of C-Resiliens. Further, the founders of Tutus will continue to support the company and be a significant shareholder going forward.
Founded in 1992, Tutus is a developer of network encryption solutions for use in military, government and corporate IT applications that demand the highest levels of secure communication. Tutus is today a leading supplier of government approved and certified IT-security products in Sweden, with the goal of becoming a leading provider of approved IT security products within the European Union.
Founded in 2022, C-Resiliens is a cyber security group with a vision to reduce society’s digital vulnerabilities by investing SEK 1 billion in the next generation of turnkey secure communication solutions for defence, government, banks, among others in Sweden and throughout EU.
