ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Revac in connection with the sale to Rune Isachsen Holding

On Wednesday 28 September 2022, Revac announced the signing of an agreement to form a partnership with Rune Isachsen by selling a 50% stake in the company to Rune Isachsen Holding.
Revac was founded in 1996 and has developed into the market leader within reuse and recycling of EE-waste in the Nordics. The company operates from two processing facilities in Norway and Sweden while also serving the Finnish market. Revac is an important contributor to a sustainable future by turning EE-waste into valuable resources and saved 430,000 tonnes of CO2-eq emissions in 2021 – equal to 40% of total yearly emissions in Oslo.
Revac has a unique, integrated business model combining reuse and recycling and has delivered a 40% annual EBITDA-growth the last five years.
