ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to the Nordic vertical software group, Confirma Software, in the acquisition of the Danish software company, Admind

Today, the Nordic vertical software group, Confirma Software, announced the successful acquisition of the Danish point-of-sale software provider, Admind.
Confirma Software is a fast-growing Nordic vertical software group backed by the US private equity fund Abry Partners. Confirma Software proactively seeks to consolidate the Nordic market for vertically focused software providers and has since establishment in 2019 acquired 20 companies. The acquisition of Admind is Confirma Software’s third acquisition in Denmark. The acquisition will strategically diversify Confirma Software’s customer portfolio, increase its geographical footprint in Denmark, and strengthen its position within point-of-sale solutions.
Admind offers point-of-sale solutions, booking, planning, inventory and bookkeeping solutions geared towards the retail and care segment.
The terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
