ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Safe Life and its shareholders in connection with the partnership with Bonnier Capital

On 2 April 2024, Safe Life AB (“Safe Life” or the “Company”), the western world market leader in providing heart-safe environments through Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and CPR training, announced that the Company is entering into a partnership with Bonnier Capital. The partnership entails Bonnier Capital acquiring an approximately 16% ownership stake in Safe Life.
Established in 2019, Safe Life has quickly expanded through multiple acquisitions across Europe and North America – building a strong M&A track record. The investment will fuel Safe Life’s global ongoing expansion, marking an important step in Safe Life’s growth journey.
