On Tuesday 28 October 2025, Reconor Group announced the acquisition of Søndergaard A/S, a leading Danish provider of demolition solutions, for an undisclosed consideration.
Søndergaard is one of the largest players in Denmark within demolition and environmental remediation. With more than 60 years of proven experience, Søndergaard offers a comprehensive range of services including demolition, environmental remediation, interior cleaning, site operations, and environmental screening. The company specialises in circular demolition and handles more than 150,000 tons of waste annually.
Reconor Group is one of Denmark’s leading environmental service providers, offering solutions in waste management, soil treatment, and recycling. The acquisition of Søndergaard expands Reconor’s service offering into demolition and strengthens its position as a full-service partner across the value chain of environmental and resource management solutions.
