ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Nordic Trustee AS and the ad hoc committee of bondholders in Sand Hill Petroleum BV

On 21 September 2022, the bondholders of the “Sand Hill Petroleum BV 9 per cent senior secured EUR 70,000,000 callable bond issue 2018/2022” (ISIN NO0010820616) approved a resolution regarding a sale of Sand Hill Petroleum to EMOV Limited and redemption of the bonds.
The ad hoc committee has since May 2020 been discussing a sale of the shares in the company to be formalized through a sale and purchase agreement with the relevant stakeholders and full settlement of the bonds. On 19 September 2022, an entity wholly owned by EMOV Limited has entered a sale and purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of a controlling shareholding in the company.
