ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to KlaraBo in merger with Kuststaden

On 28 May 2021, the two residential real estate companies KlaraBo and Kuststaden announced a merger, by way of a share exchange where shareholders in Kuststaden receive newly issued series B shares in KlaraBo. Together, a pure residential real estate company with a property value exceeding SEK 6 billion is created with over 5,000 apartments under management across Sweden. KlaraBo’s and Kuststaden’s property portfolios geographically complement each other and ahead there are opportunities for value growth through refurbishment potential of over 3,000 apartments and a project portfolio of over 1,000 apartments. ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to KlaraBo in connection with the merger.
